Advance/ Token amount is non-refundable/ non-transferable once paid.

If cancellation/s are made 60 days before the date of travel then 10% of total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellation/s are made 30 days - 60 days before the date of travel then 25% of total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellation/s are made 15 days - 30 days before the date of travel then 50% of total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellation/s are made 7 days - 15 days before the date of travel then 75% of total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

If cancellation/s are made 0 - 7 days before the date of travel then 100% of total package amount will be charged as cancellation fees.

After cancellation it normally takes 7-10 working days to process the refund.

If Mystic Life cancels the trip, we shall refund the entire amount (including booking amount) without including GST.

In the event of factors beyond human control, such as weather-related calamities, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., rain, earthquakes, landslides, strikes, bandhs, virus outbreaks, curfews, etc.), certain activities may be modified or canceled. Mystic Life will make every effort to provide an alternative feasible solution; however, refunds will not be issued. If an event is canceled by us at the last moment due to such circumstances, a voucher for the full amount will be provided, redeemable for the same package within the next six months.
