As long as the website and the information and services on the website are provided free of charge, we will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature.

On-going Trip Behaviour :

You are required to behave in a manner that is acceptable and conducive to group travel. Mystic Life reserves the right to terminate your trip (if you are found to be causing distress / annoyance to co-travellers, endanger / damage property of any supplier or of other travelling companions / smoking or consuming alcohol), without assigning any reason whatsoever. No refund for unused services is possible in such cases.

You also agree to abide by the authority of the group leader designated by the agency. The decision of the tour leader is binding on all participants on matters that affect the safety or well-being of any person participating in the trip. Behaviour that causes danger, distress or annoyance to others, or interferes with the mobility of the group can result in the group leader terminating your participation from the trip, with no right to refund for missed or unused services.

Photography :

Mystic Life reserves the right to take photographs of you during any trip or part thereof and to use them for promotional purposes. By booking a trip with us, you automatically grant us royalty-free, perpetual license for using your images in photographs and videos that may be used for promotional material, website, social media, collateral and any other marketing and publicity materials. Mystic Life does not require your prior consent and does not need to compensate you for such use of Your photographs or videos. However, Mystic Life does cater to media professionals. Should you have any reservations about your images not being used, please inform operator at the time of booking your trip.

Payment:

For the services contracted, some advance payment should be made to hold the booking on confirmed basis & the full payment must reach us 90 days before the travel date in case of group bookings and 60 days before in case of individual (FIT) bookings. Culture Holidays hold the right to decide on the amount to be paid as advance payment, based on the nature of service & the time left for the commencement of the service. Besides above, in certain cases like Train Journeys, hotels or resorts bookings during the peak season (Christmas/ New Year) or during fairs/festivals, full payment may be required in order to hold space on CONFIRMED BASIS. Please note that such payments are NON REFUNDABLE.

Bookings on behalf of Others:

If you are a travel agent or group leader, you are deemed to be the designated contact person for every participant included on that booking. This means that you are responsible for making all payments due in connection with your Tour booking, notifying the Tour Operator or your travel agent if any changes or cancellations are required and keeping your party informed.

By booking on behalf of another person or persons, you represent and warrant that you have obtained all required consents. You are responsible for verifying that any information you provide on behalf of another participant is complete and accurate and the Tour Operator will under no circumstances be liable for any errors or omissions in the information provided to complete a booking.

Refund:

In regard to refund of unused / not-utilised services (which are paid for and cancelled in advance) the refund amount would be worked out on the basis of cancellation policy as described above and the money would be accordingly refunded to the person who has made the payment to us. Please note that the refund process may take 1-2 weeks due to banking procedures. If the refund is made to the credit card account OR to Bank account, the bank charges would be debited from the refund amount.

No refund or reduction will be made to any member in respect of airfare, accommodation, meals, sightseeing tours, transport or any other services which are included in the tour fare out not utilised by the tour member due to personal reasons.
